Layered in between two toasted slices of S. Rosen’s Seeded Rye bread, is flavorful red pepper, Castle Wood Uncured Honey Ham, Castello Gouda, Castle Wood Swiss Sliced Cheese, and a sunny-side-up Phil’s Large Brown Free Range Egg. It goes without saying, but this ham sandwich tastes egg-cellent!

Ingredients list:
  • Castle Wood Uncured Honey Ham
  • 2 slices S. Rosen's Seeded Rye Bread
  • 1 Phil’s Large Brown Free Range Eggs
  • 1 slice Castle Wood Swiss Sliced Cheese
  • 1 slice Castello Gouda
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Oberweis Salted Butter
  • Rosemary for garnish

  1. Toast 2 slices of S. Rosens Rye Bread
  2. In a pan, lightly coat bottom with melted Oberweis unsalted butter and fry the egg to desired wellness
  3. On a slice of rye bread, layer red pepper, ham, cheese and fried egg
  4. Sandwich second slice of rye bread on top
  5. Garnish with rosemary
