Chill in the summer sunshine with a delicious Mixed Berry Yogurt Pop. We gave them an elegant touch by freezing the pops in a beautiful bundt mold. To achieve a colorful layered look, carefully switch off between pouring in a blend of almond extract and Nounos Vanilla Bean Blend Greek Yogurt, and a berry puree of Seal the Seasons Berry Blend and Bee Raw Maine Wild Raspberry Honey. For a fun detail, freeze vintage spoons in the pops instead of a popsicle stick. They’re stunning and berry refreshing!

Ingredients list:
  • 1 cup + 2 tbsp. Nounos Vanilla Bean Blend Greek Yogurt
  • 1/8 tsp. pure almond extract
  • 1 c. Seal the Seasons Michigan/Ohio Berry Blend
  • 2 tsp. Bee Raw Maine Wild Raspberry Honey

  1. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt and almond extract. In a blender, puree berry blend and honey until smooth; transfer to a bowl.
  2. Layer berry puree and yogurt mixture in six 2.5-oz bundt molds; repeat until each mold is full.
  3. Insert craft sticks or vintage spoons.
  4. Freeze for at least 4 hours or up to 1 week.
